LOL. Well, as much as I would absolutely love going lower, I really shouldn't (that's me leaving the option open ). I'm running dual 2" exhaust and it's cut at the front seats.
And then I backed out of the driveway. The small hump at the end caught the left side and kinked it really badly. The left side is about a foot shorter now. The cam is already stupid huge for a 5.3, no use in suffocating it with tiny exhaust further by slamming it. Open manifolds is an option though. Looking into an eaton M112 supercharger, for that classic hot rod look, because a SBC in a classic Mercedes isn't good enough.
