Not 100% sure on this, but i saw some of their other videos and they look like they're at a industrial district. Those streets are just roads around the place. One video a security dude came out saying they got to leave and they gave him some cash and he left.

That's from a Risky Devil video but we were at a place similar to that and out of the way away from main roads. Also RD is from Chicago and Fabulous is Texas mostly San Antonio.
