I don't know though, they would probably try some recommended tire size per wheel size bullshit excuse if you tried to take recourse. That's just my opinion though.

dunlop direzza star specs or the dz101 i my choice. they are some sturdy tires.
and ive heard good things about the nitto neo gen's.
