HRE Performance Wheels. For those who don't compromise.

It's like they set out to see just how unimpressive they could make these otherwise awesome wheels. The super weak specs, front mount and silver paint is just not working.

Rear or sandwich mounting them would help a lot.

      Wheels - dope
      Specs - fucking weak

      Overall jus doesn't look right.
      I dislike Byron.

Picture 3 saved it, they aren't overly impressive but suit the car well. Maybe with an inch more dish it would have pulled them off much better.

Static is no excuse for those specs. I've heard from a couple of guys that y'all are refusing to make aggressive vintage line specs for mk5/6 platform, but, imo, you are really underestimating what these fenders can handle.

I'm not sure who you heard that from. We will build the wheels to customer specs.

Obviously we are building them aggressively per some of the photos posted. Feel free to contact us directly if you would like to order a set with your specs.

                  Here's another Golf R on 501's

Speaking of specs, can you list the specs of each set on each car?

So have prices come down or are people really shelling out 7k for these?

on the newer high offset VWs, I'm much rather take the no lip version of the wheels in the original post, then some dinky little 2" lip'd wheels. This looks like a proper racing wheel.

Well done Futrell! and props for HRE, really like how these came out!
