How I Spent New Years Day

About 2 years ago I painted my faded and cracked VIS carbon fiber hood with a pando-camo pattern. I took it off last year and contimplated what to paint it next. So it sat for about 7 months in my garage until today....

Back when I rocked the panda hood

This afternoon


Before I put it on, I'm debating whether to paint one of the houndstooths gray or silver or red to add a splash of color/character. My wife (who thinks its ugly, but better than the panda hood) says I shouldnt add any color. What do you think?

i think you should leave it black and white, looks more together that way. not to take this off topic but what wheels are those? They looks like Works but I cannot tell lol.

my vote is for one in gold. not a real bright gold, but something thats slightly different. looks sick though. i like before a lot as well.

my wheels are SSR Professor SP1.

The houndstooth pattern got jacked up on the driver's side because I ran out of spray paint, so I to switch to a different can which bleed through the stencil. I'll clean it up later.

I liked the pandas but I wanted to change things up. on the street i got alot of laughs from passerbys and only little girls gave me props LOL.

i agree with the burgundy, but i think the pandas were better

I like the idea, and yeah, one colored one could definitely spice it up, but as of now it really needs to be fixed up, it just looks bad with the splotchy parts and messy lines. You're definitely on to something though.
