Bowling pin shift knobs

Working at a bowling alley, being a woodworker, and a car guy got my creative juices flowing. This was the outcome:

And for those who think they're too big and bulky, a newer, sleeker style coming soon. (Left to right) The original bowling pin knob, two of my new style knobs (unfinished), and a Civic knob for size comparison.

I'd like to see one left in classic bowling pin colors with all the dings/dents/scratches left in it, as well. Would be great in a nu-rat.

The finish is polyurethane. The wood is all real, maple.
