Oh yeah it was exported to NY from Japan when it was less than 2 months old according to the paperwork I have. So I see it as more of a US car than anything. It does mean its done more miles on a boat than I have in it.

in California they were super popular in the 90's and 2000's. I still see some around but not as much. i've never seen a DA that's located in europe, so i assumed they weren't sold there.Originally posted by michealis View PostThanks for the comments everyone, I didn't think people would like the car as much as this. Just out of curiosity, how common are DAs in the US?

i wonder how it's right hand drive. i wonder it's originally a JDM car imported to the US, or if it is a USDM car converted to RHD.Originally posted by michealis View PostThanks man, the car was imported from New York in 2000 so I like to show off its history.
if euro DAs came stock with your headlights, then you can get the ugly USDM 3-piece lights.

A clean DA, something that I never see. Good job!
+1 on the too much rear poke comment and good you're addressing that.

As promised yesterday here's some pics of the bay and the dyno results. The bay looks like shit at the minute, but don't worry that is what I'm planning on sorting next.
