    • Worked on the #3 runner yesterday and had to stop we ran out of gas for welding, all runners are in the 20-21'' inch long zone. I will drill both collectors to Y the wastegate.. 44mm single, but will be doing this towards the end.

          Thanks

Fourth runner made, but ran out of gas to finish welding of it.

So this is pretty much how it's going to look, still have wg tube to make, clean welds maybe repass with tig too.

          • Could be a stupid question. Why did you go longer runners instead of short? Something that looks like this

But moved around to worth with your TS plan.

              • Which fucker did tag duck truck nowhere fast on my thread? If you're so jealous I defy you to build a truck that will run at least 12s with a 4cyl. then you might have a reason to say so.

Manifold is almost finish for the Duck Truck (yeah I actually love the name). No need to say there was too much feed while welding I already know it :P
Started the wiring and modified fuse box for MS2, worst is done I think I **** playing with electronics.

                • Little update... got my ms2 ecu done with all new wiring tested the ecu and all sensors work properly. I have to finish my microswitch for the 2-step and build a circuit in the ms to have the tacho output. I still have to finish the wiring harness taping and wire hiding.

                  During wiring..

The all new harness finished.. Taping and wire looming time.

Some pictures of last summer.. I think half of the ones I previously posted don't work anymore..

                  First meet for the truck.

Window visors, backglass tintend, 'kinda' stock exhaust and 2005+ taillights. No more sidesteps.

                        • Looks great without the side steps.

Ever consider losing the bug shield up front?

                          Amazing truck btw.

Yes I did but I'm afraid that if I remove it there will be some visible rust under.. Might try it sometime.

                              Thanks for comments everyone!

Truck is slowly going back togheter, megasquirt ready with all wiring. new downpipe and wg dump finished too.. Whats remaining is all little stuff like turbo drain line, and have the new AN fittings welded to fuel rail and top of fuel pump, etc, But most of big is done.

                              • Truck is rdy to go.. Just need my fixed ecu back since it wasn't getting any signal from VR sensor.. A friend in NJ is currently fixing it.. And also just put IC to TB piping back...

I WANNA DRIVE THE DAMN TRUCK LOL
Some few shot of engine bay.. Old setup before stripping the truck this winter.

And the new setup pretty much what it will be looking like, still have few things to clear .

Oh,,........ Why is that thing into the brake line system!?!? Don't know.. Maybe some of you might have a clue of the purpose of this with the next following picture! MWAHAHAH

And new short shifter... Can't wait to try it out..
