Thanks! And I did, sorry I haven't had time to get back to you yet. Still been deciding what route I want to go with the car. I really want to get my hands on a set of ACS Type I Racing.
nice m. im currently fitting 18x8.5 bbs rc et13 w/ 215/40r18 on my 98 dakar.
Thanks! I started out running a 40 sidewall but I wasn't able to close the fender gap as much as I was hoping to so I swapped the for 35's.
I just sold the pss9's that were on the car and I'm ordering a Broadway Static setup hopefully tomorrow! Super excited! The pss9's were all the way down without removing collars, and as you can see, there's still a sizeable gap in the front. When I get the new coils in I will be doing some fender work in the front and closing that up as well.
the 40 tucked in the rears fine? Im on Gc coils at the moment.
No, I could not get 40's to tuck without having to run way too much camber. And being as how I daily drive the car, that wasn't really an option. Although, I did not pull my fenders at all, just shaved them. So with a slight pull I'm sure I could have gotten them to tuck. However, I wanted to keep the stock body lines for now. The 35's fit pretty nicely. I'm running -4.8 degrees of camber in the back, though.
