  • All the way from AUS. slammed Holden Calais on 100 spokes

Hey guys thought I'd finally sign up and post up some pictures of my car. And I know it's not as over the top or nuts as others but it's something different anyways

Bought it two years ago as a fairly stock tidy daily diver and have since spent wayy to mug on it

As it sits now on la custom 100 spoke 20x8 wore wheels

Fully resprayed by me in a custom mix of tr original silver with a gold pearl though it, blacked out glass and heaps of subtle body mods (shaved front bar, antenna, indicators badges etc)

Anyway here it is ATM. Still need to try and get some more camber into it as the rims are wayy too offset and rubs fullon

Looks pretty mint dude.. I think the front needs some more stretch so you can tuck it a bit more. The front height needs to match the rear or vice versa.

Thanks guys. The front can't really go any lower than what it is unless it was air bagged due to being a shitty McPherson strut setup do I wouldn't be able to turn. They jut released an adjustable camber strut top for them do I'm gonna get one o them and hope that tucks it under a bit because currently I can't drive it at all with thes wheels. Also how narrow a tyre can I go safely keeping in mind it's a 2000kg car

Here's a photo of the front. I'll upload a Bette one a bit later

Haha yeh. Gettin abit sick of the sc forums tbh. Soo many idiots on there!

Lukey- yeh there only 20x8s. Couldnt get them in 20s any wider due to the offset because of how they bolt to the car. Plus the fact there isn't a whole lot of room in these guards for wide tyres. There wouldn't be many running anything bigger than a 9-9.5 on the rear without some serious work

That's what I love about the VE (g8 to USA goers) u can fit 10s under the guard without rolling! My mates one has12s and it's flush haha

smaller wheels with small tyres, lift it up a bit and im sure you could fit wider wheels

get the rear guards rolled and hack up the bumper to clear the tyres.

wires on a later model commodore dont do it for me though
