That's really all relative to what struts/shocks you have and the size of the springs.

it doesn't look like it does much. 1.75" max drop

for some reason, i thought that the guy with the blue FM10's was on GC's? i have bille sports now, and looking at getting a set with custom rates. i want to even out my drop, im tucked in the rear, and want to get ride of teh 1in of wheel gap up front.

this is on gc coilovers. shortened gc strut housings, koni shocks, gc camber plates, 5" eibach springs all around. That was as low as I went and still had some shock travel. im running the same set up on the dakar.

You can go as low as you like, you'll need shorter housings and shocks to get there though. The kit shown in your link is not really representative of a complete set of Ground Controls. Below are mine, notice the springs, sleeves, shorter shocks, camber plates, and reinforced rear shock mounts.
