Thanks everyone! it was fun trying to fit the wheels. i just picked up a dremel today. now the question is, how much can i take off the inner fenders and how far i can push these things out. oh, cant wait.

                  Beautiful car man..

Quick question for ya..I also have C-class an 02 C320..I had it lowered on H & R Coils..tried to get it alligned..even bought a special part at the Mercedes dealership to help it with the extreme tow I was having...but I just kept going through tires..like 3 pairs in the rears in 9 months..

I'm running 19x8 front and 9x9.5 in the rear..I finally had to lift it back up and never lowered it back..did u or do you have this problem ?..if not how did u fix the problem.

Thanks for any help and advise you might give. Peace.

i never had that problem. but i do run through tires fast cause im running -3.5 camber in the rear.

i have a rear camber kit that allows me to easily adjust toe and camber. maybe the shop your're going to is not aligning it right? or do not have the correct kit available to them? merc parts are very limited.

i normally go to sonic motor sports in mountain view CA. if you need that camber kit or want to inquire about it, you can call Darwin @ 650.691.9000

                    here's their site:

Darwin is very knowledgable, and can probably help you diagnose the problem. just tell him Nigel sent you.

                    hope that helps man.

Looks great, I just picked up a set of 18" mae's myself for my w210 for long distant driving when I won't want to run my amg/oz's. I hope mine look half way as good as yours do.
