Were these Emitz made like this from factory or have you modified the lips and had them re-drilled? If you found a set in these sizes with this stud pattern, that would be a very rare find.

Thought about bags for a while, but I'll probably end up having more static than channel 3.

The lips are new, and they have been filled & drilled to 5x120. The center bore is 73.1 vs. BMW's 72.56, luckily I found some hubcentric rings on eBay in that exact size so things are all good.
