  • '86 Tercel 4wd

I'm new to this forum and lowering cars, I usually run my wagon with a lift for off roading, but I thought I'd throw up some more pics of my Tercel to see what you all think. Not a whole lot has been done with the car except for lowering it and even that wasn't much, but you gotta start somewhere!

And just for fun here's the car in ice racing mode:

Sorry, I guess I explained myself more in the intro forum- I got bored with the lift and such and am messing around with lowering the car with new wheels, etc. As you can see it's not too far along yet but that's why I'm here

Slick car. Dont see much of them around. So what are the future plans? keeping it low or off road status. Ether way Iit would be awesome to see it done all out.

This will decimate all, after, you put about 10" wides on it, or more. If you have to, overnight parts from Japan.

For real though, this thing has major potential.

            Ignore this attitude.

I like the car, it's always cool when you see uncommon cars get some attention.

Are you serious? unnecessary.. considering there are about 100 worse threads that have come up recently with cars on lowering springs and stock wheels.

OP - tercel looks like it has loots of potential!!! have always had a mysterious liking about these 4wd wagons. you're already slammed -nice!! a sweet set of wheels, like someone said white diamonds? 14x9?

Can't wait for where you take this!!!

I really really really wouldn't like to see this car on Diamonds tbh. This thing can be awesome with the perfect set of wheels.

10 points for originality. I would do widened steelies on that car, but I like the uniqueness.

Wouldn't surprise me if you were Clarkson in real life

x2 on the white diamond steelies, who cares if a lot of other people run them, you dont see any tercel wagons on them so who cares

I'd honestly rather see it on a set of white Epsilons than Diamond Racing wheels

ya, agreed.. plenty of awesome wheels this car would look epic on. epsilons would be cool... but i think something smaller - like a 14" worn set of compo turbos or simple hayashis would look amazing.

If we are going to debate... my favorite smallish wheel with native 4-lug fitment ever:

These would be hot on there, too. You would need to paint the hood though and detail it.

                              Yes

OP if you search around I'm sure you'll find some wheels to really make this unique.
