Seriously there is no practical application where an 18x11 all around would be needed. It really doesn't look good IMO. But to each his own man, carry on.

I dont like that much stretch either, but 11.5Js all around is dope as fuck and the whole point of "stretch and poke", and why would he want smaller lips? That's also the whole point. Utilizing every mm of room and doing it well. Plus it's a widebody, I expect ridiculous specs like this.


I have vs-xx's too, and I love them because stretching tires is the simplest thing ever. I run 225/40s on 18x10.5s and have never used a cheetah to mount them. lol

Don't get me wrong, I have always loved 2.5rs'. I almost bought one before I bought my E30. I also love the wheels. But something just doesn't work. It's mostly the front I think. Smaller lips on the front might make it all work. (also, my opinion of Subaru's could also have something to do with my love for rally racing.)

Yup. Im a stepped lip guy all day but having flat lips can be awfully convenient when you run through a lot of tires. My rials are never as easy to bead as my vsxx though idk why

i changed the 245/35/18 t1r's out for a set of 245/40/18 falken 512's. the falkens fit a little bit more, but like i said i ran like this for 500+ miles with no issues before i switched out tires with a buddy
