Loved the article and the photos, great job as usual - I know what you mean about the question "What year is it?" perpetually stopped in car parks and its the tattiest car in there! Everybody has a story and sometimes its nice to just chat with strangers about cars.
Lookin good Mike. I can't believe that front end is one piece. That really is scary.
It's not just the front end, it's the entire car.
The only removable panels are the doors, hood, and trunk. The rest of the car, from front to back, is all one piece, including the valence, pillars, rear valence, etc.
Thanks everyone!
It's not really possible with the rear fenders. You'd have to see how they're constructed to understand. And it's not worth poking on the front. The car is all one piece, you can't replace a fender if you buckle it.
Ya, agree with Mr. AK's comment, just too much tuck for me to reach for the TP. But wow, didn't know that it was all one piece, that is a good point. Wheels look sick, but still think when you had the polished RS's that was #1 imo.
I love your E9 ... It will look good with any shoes... I just can't condone those wheels... Something about the price point has really rubbed me the wrong way

Was looking up parts for this car and found a good sheet metal link, the car is really one piece and you cant buy much for replacing the fender none the less the rest of the car haha...
Also read my mind with the Vintage HREs on this car, I was just waiting for the moment they would appear.
Anyway have to treat her like a gem and this one is! Awesome car
Mike as stated on Facebook, really like the write up definitely can relate. Looks better than on rotiforms for sure. Still would choose the 285s though.
