We'll after have the Alphards on agin for a few months I was just not feeling it anymore. All trucked in and simple. So I figured it was time for a new set up...
Refinish Day 1
They start out polished lips with green face, waffles and half caps. I like the color but seeing it on the UG made me say no. first step was to get the sealant off the faces. I then sanded and primed the faces. at the same time I cleaned up all the lips and did a once over all them. thats ended my first night of refinishing.

Rear fitment.

Front fitment.

Start color.

Faces and waffles primed.

Refinishing day 2
I put in a lot of work In the second day. Pretty much got off work at and got home at 6pm and did not stope working till midnight. The half caps were powder coated green when I got them So I used some ac stripper to remove the powder coating then started to sand and polis them. They still need some more work but I'm just glad they are not green anymore. I also finished the centers last night. put down 2 coats of white and 3 coats of clear. They trued out pretty good for a DYI refinish. I then baked all the centers to finish them up. but Here are the pictures..

Mock up.

I also had to pick up new caps because mine are so foggy. :frown:

Picked up a set of chrome caps.

Tires showed up then I started bolting all the wheels together. Needless to say my hands were not happy at all.

The next night I got them sealed and ready for the tires to be mounted.
Before and after.

Got the Tires on then when I got home 3 were flat. My fault did not put enough sealant on So I had the tires dismounted and put more sealant on and let them chill over night. The next night my Buddy Tim let me know that the tires were mounted and holding air fine. I got them home and finally got to see what all my work had made.

Specs- 17x8 et 15 (205/40/17) 17x9.5 et 25 (215/40/17)
Every happy with the out come but will be on the hunt for 17x7" barrels for the fronts 17x9" to allow me to stretch more and gain more clearance.
