I've had tons of trouble finding info on them.

I've seen ones like it that say M Tech I've seen others that are just stock 325is 89' Side skirts.

I do know one thing. They are a pain in the ass to keep on! I would not recommend them. They simply came on the car and I wasn't going to buy other side-skirts with these bumpers without painting the entire car. So when i get 2.5k for paint and body work then I'll look into other stuff.
