Oh ya, I know. I guess I just don't see the appeal of one over a mountain bike or bmx bike. Is it solely for style and customization?

just the style and there more fun to ride since the majority dont use breaks so you get to slide around when breaking but it takes time to learn how to properly stop need some strong leg muscles

My roommate last year was a big fixie guy. I rode it a few times... it would be pretty cool if it was even somewhat level around here... it's all just hills.

I wish I could find a good deal on a roof rack, car looks great. I'm stuck taking off the front wheel and folding down my rear seats lol. 21.5" frame 29" wheels just fits in my coupe.
