  • Wheels ordered. Tire stretch question...

Ordered a square setup 19x9.5 ET22 Varrstoen 2.2.2 in Hyper Black redrilled to 5x112 for my 2011 A4. The setup is very aggressive for my car so I will need stretch to make it fight. Stock is 19x8.5 ET43 with 255/35/19. I want to do 225/35/19 tires on the 9.5. I can get a very good deal on Continental Extreme Contact DW. Anybody ever stretch those? I can also get a crazy deal on Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetric. Will these stretch nice and be safe?

Here's my car and the wheels I ordered:

    And the old whip:

    1. Cancel Order
    2. Call Rotiform, (or any other wheel company of your choice)
    3. Place order

I don't understand how people spend 40K on a car and buy reps. All of my wheels cost more than the cars they were on....

    And try the wheel/tire section

      1. They are a reputable company and they aren't that cheap. Around 2k with tires
      2. Rotiform are replica wheels too in the same price range
      3. I ordered wheels already so this step won't be needed ;D

Thanks for your opinion though but it's my car just wanted to share. You won't change my mind, I know what I like

sorry OP i have no experience with either of those tires but im sure someone here does! cant wait to see it all put together!

lol who cares? at least hes not buying some mad tyte yo wheels from pep boys and just because he could justify spending 40k on a nice and reliable whip doesn't mean he has or even wants to blow that much on some wheels that "technically" do nothing for the car.

To the OP Wheels look good, cant wait to see them on the car

Ignoring the replica wheel debate that is about to happen here.

Continentals don't stretch at all, the contisports I had on my m-pars didn't stretch at all.

I have no experience with Goodyears so I can't really help you there.

This. Performance oriented tires don't like to stretch

Falkens are by far your best bet, Toyos, don't really stretch much though. :/

Op, do whatever floats your boat. With that aggressive of a setup, this thing is gonna look mean regardless, I'm excited to see the fiinal product.
