Indeed, He has built some clean cars in his time, especially when he was in japan. Which is why it makes it kind of hard to see where he decided to like the look of shit.

Remember when your car liked similar to this? Why did you decide to paint it all one color and clean it up?

Anyone can make a car look like this, a four year old could make a car look like this. But due to people stickerbombing the shit out of everything back in 09, with it starting out in this scene, people automatically associated it with everything to do with low and fitted cars. Now I see cars high as a kite with stickerbombed shit who thing that they are a part of the same movement. Things like this do reflect on scenes...

If this had badass graffiti on it, and actually had some class/style, it would be a completely different story.

Im not in a "Scene"
there are NO stickers, phrases, anything relating me to any scene. no stanceworks, no canibeat, no illest bullshit.

the car is what it is to me. a ridiculous, loud, aggressive, arrogant, beast of a car. sure it may not be professional artwork. But, there arent any around. I put out a call on CL, forums, FB, art groups to find someone, and pay them. Didnt pan out, so me and some friends got together and had a great weekend. That alone, the act of a group of people i like, and hang out with all getting together ot do it, makes it that much better to me.

is it perfect? no. Could some super pro do grafitti better? Of course, but then it wouldnt be my friends nad me doing it....would it? Im almost happier we went this way.

I have no problem with this car, it's a beat up, dirty little drift car, who cares if it looks like crap.. but you say its "different".... Personally i think it looks like most of the cars during the fast and furious days.... But thats just my opinion. Anyway, can't wait to see this thing slide.
