For 3D stuff I use Autodesk 3ds max, sometimes SolidWorks and as render engine usually VRay and sometimes KeyShot. For postwork after rendering I use Adobe Lightroom and then Adobe Photoshop and also use Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics.

Almost forgot! Made this beauty some time ago, it's same 1932 Buick Business Coupe. Have render of it on previous page, but I slammed and change design of it.

I suddenly have the urge to sell my e30 and build an exact copy of this.

Thank you! For a living, I'm computer graphics artist, designer and work partly as freelancer. But this one is my own idea and project, work on it when have free time.

Do what? Make 3d model? Yeap and it's much easier if it has simple blueprints on internet but it also possible to use good quality reference pictures only, this Buick is made using only reference photos by the way.
