I purchased "Christina" from a friend "Andrew" a few months back, and finally made up my mind on the wheels. Instead of going with the RS' i bought off of here and having it look like every other VW on BBS, i decided to go a different route and keep her unique. So i decided to try on the Lincoln Town Car wheels that i saw on the Polo which is located in the Netherlands. Bought this set for $60 and stripped them all, then got them painted CW to match the car, and here are the results.

Im no photographer so bare with me on the pix.

my awesome rolling shot attempt

Almost looks like the wheels from an old chrysler concorde too

Awesome idea on the town car wheels. You'd never think they would look that good on a smaller car

pavel is that sarcasm? haha. if not I'm assuming you're referring to the rotiform blq's, which def do not look better and again lots of people have them as opposed to -this being one of only 2 vw's on this set of wheels.

Looks awesome, saw this on vortex a few days ago.. would you share your adapter info? offset? TiTs

Looks good, I've been wondering when somebody would try some oem american wheels other than sawblades on a euro.

I have a huge soft spot for anything pre-mk4 VW. Wheels came out great.
