Yes sir they are! The only difference is that M's have the sway bar tab on the coilover.

If you ever wanted to run M sways all you have to donis get the links and M sway, good to go.

I'm a hardcore BMW guy, i might have another car around but my personal R&D money goes straight in to the chassis i believe in, which is E36, E46 and E9x.

Fortune takes care of the R&D for all other makes.
