Hey everyone,
Some of you may know that I have a small business that I've been building up between working my day job, going to college full-time, and writing for Solo Automag. The combination of all of these can really make for some long days, but I find that my time is always spent doing things that make me happy.
This post is an update on that small business, Keegan Komponents. (LINK TO OUR FACEBOOK PAGE! http://www.facebook.com/pages/Keegan...63149860410836) We're looking to only produce higher-end parts and custom fabrication projects, and will pretty much do anything that our equipment and connections will allow.
Our latest project is the 2.5" stainless steel exhaust on this 2008 Ford Fusion V6 AWD, owned by Justin Chase. Due to difficulties with our TIG welder at the last second, we were forced to MIG the system, but we're still very proud of the way it all came out. Have a look!
Tailpipes all tacked up and ready for seam welding:

And done!

Some shots from behind the car:

And, of course, a video! This is the car's first start up after the exhaust was finished. The resonators were of course not broken in yet, and the system was still stone cold. The cars sounds even better in person, with no rasp and one heck of a growl!
