  • Final outcome - s2k on DP AMPs

Picked up a set of 17x9 +40 DP Motosports AMP wheels from Thatcher accompanied by Ksport coilovers I picked up a few days prior. Still working on adjusting suspension and what not but thought I'd throw up a quick pic to catch some opinions! Running 215 45s X 4

Once the weather clears I hope to have some nice pictures taken. Till then...

I like. Although a 40 series sidewall and lower would be sick

^ I had mixed emotions about the wheels on the car as well. I love the wheel but was unsure about on the S. I love that they're totally different.... Ill rock em for a while!

there were more. i guess he removed them.

Hey served4g. Not sure why you removed the other pic but if it was because of our comments that's unnecessary. We were only offering constructive criticism.

Last time I checked this thread there were 2 pics.

Where did the other one go?

2 pics or more per thread. Thanks.

                  Interesting combo for a S2000.

I've seen these wheels on several different cars but it didn't look good on any. Something about their design that doesn't click me.

my opinion will be given when:
                      a) there is more than one pic, there is a rule on this
                      b) when you decide to go lower...i know those ksports arent maxed out yet

I removed the other pic because it wasn't a very good shot of the wheels. I added it along with a few more(not too great but we're getting snow and that's all I got the night after putting them on) The coilovers are maxed out in the rear but not up front. Now my Pfab downpipe sits about an inch off of the ground. was afraid a smaller tire would lower it enough to have my downpipe laying a few intersections back.

altho it's a sweet wheel, don't think it suits the car, maybe a set of 18's would be better?

Are you trying to say something?

For the OP a lower offset in the back, less tire and more low wouldnt hurt.

Hehe, it's just a matter of taste. It's something in the design of the spokes that doesn't cut it for me. Besides your car i also seen them on a MKVI and some other car I don't remember now but still didn't like them. But I like the overall look of your car
