so the fox wagon is gone, the bucket e30 is gone, the 2002's are gone, and here is the current winter project I have been tinkering on...

I have aquired this one owner, 20,000 original mile 1969 Mercedes 280s.

How the hell do you drive at that height? Mine is on air and cannot drive at that height! I do have 205 tires up front though rather than stock 195's but even still that is insane is it static?

haha yea it's static, and I've spent more time picking up and repairing my exhaust than I have actually driving it. engine cradle is within an inch from ground contact, but my fox wagon was lower so I still feel the need to go lower haha.

I have other suspension plans with her for this winter, Ive never done air in anything, and I feel this is the proper car to do so. Ive paid my dues being on the ground static for years. going air to me simply means driving it touching the ground, and parking it so it cannot be moved at all haha.

we'll see what happens!
