Best e46 I've ever seen. Everything is VERY similar to what I would do if I had a facelift e46 and the resources. Proper radiused fenders with perfect fitment and nice camber without going overboard makes any car look ridiculously amazing and like it's not real life lol. They know how to do it.

i can tell by the styling alone that it's not bagged. Then look at the fitment. I could be wrong though I guess but I doubt it
