  • Gleasy's Grocerygetter: Volkswagen Caddy 1.6 8v 1987

Hi guys! First of all, thanks for all the inspiration you share. And second, here's my Volkswagen.

Originally an Euro spec Caddy converted to match a US Early Westy
    Tramont TY2 wheels, 14x8,5 et8 and 14x10 et2 / 195 45 14 and 225 40 14 Dunlops
Exterior painted with Volkswagen Manilla Green (1977)
Fk Edition coils, notched frame, narrowed rear axle, custom lowering blocks
Small metal bumpers in front and back
Nardi 330 mm mahogany steering wheel
Porsche tombstone seats, SF Giants baseball shifter
    New engine under construction

My plan is to build this with reasonable budget, have fun and make this lower, faster and cleaner. I hope you like it!

I have always loved caddys, and always will...

yours in particular, especially with the westy front end and vintage green has confirmed that.
