  • My first e28!

Some of you may remember my big talk about my plans for my '84 e24. Then some of you may remember what happened to said e24 (I.E. it getting totaled in a hit and run accident in a parking lot) But now I have a New toy. Its a 1984 533

Not stanced quite yet, but the paint looks nice.

ahh. dammit. thanks cardoza, any who I cant stand seeing him like this so at this point I'm ready to start cutting springs to get him temporally low. wheels off of the above six are going on soon. along with some exhaust work. as far as finishing him I'm thinking original color with flat black rs's. objections?

Flat black would hide all the detail of an RS and make them look super cheap. IMO at least.

Black wheels are fine in 5 spoke form for trucks and suv's and such. Gold hardware will help, but painting the center of an RS a dark color, again IMO, takes a ton away from the wheel. It hides the detail and makes them look much more generic.
