I was just about to say the same thing, your fitment baffles me, I guess by Ollie's post your rim lip actually does articulate into the fender when it compresses? Absolutely love the car, one of my favorites from H2oi too.

I take that as a huge compliment from you Ollie, you know how I feel about your cars And yeah Eric, the rear will get into the fender a bit, but it does eventually rub rim/tire a bit farther up in there. I am super pleased with how the fitment came out considering I had to order adapters based off my own measurements as there is no markings on the wheels As well as the front has 2-3mm clearance to the strut housing haha. The car had a few Mtech options, Mtech flares being one of them, so there is a plastic flare on there over the metal fender which actually makes the fitment look less close than it really is, but lets me worry less about rubbing on the metal underneath

saw it in person at H20, looked awesome. I was in my black e28, which I just started on.

How bad was the swap? what is the wiring setup like?

Mike had helped me with all that as he had his 1J in rusty already, but the body/engine harnesses on e28s are more or less separate so it is pretty straightforward
