  • Little update on focus

This has been a steady going project for me with help of one of my very good friend Jose who drives the bimmer in the pic below. He has directed me in this whole stance fitment since day one and hasnt let me down yet. Well as for the car I recently got new yokohama s drives 195/40 for the 17x9 up front. I was little sketchy at first but i did it coming from a 205/40. Got the ford focus oem roof wing that still debating on color to paint it. Lowered the front and got both my front fenders flared a little. Later this week on Tuesday I will be getting my fswerks camber kit for front. First time ever having camber kit up front and pretty excited about it. Figure it would let be bring the front down another 1/2''-1'' lower. My oil pan sits pretty high which is a blessin lol....Let me know what you guys think? Im always switchin wheels and in search for new ones. RIght now im on 17x10 and 9 mustang sc wheels from old school fox body.

Will update pictures as soon as camber plates are installed.

Try those wheels in a silver or something. They look really small and odd on the car, but it might just be because they're black.

Definitely low though, like it otherwise.

Ya they were silver with polish lip at first. Could be because of the blk.

Shouldve left them silver, car looks badass in that pic!

But being black they dont look like theyre wide at all, just seems awkward.

Whole black is temporary. I stripped them to metal wanting to Polish wheel completely. The lips polished fine but the centers had a weird gun metal finish.dunno if I did something wrong or what.
I polished these wheels earlier and they came out good. These are my daily wheels

They lose a lot of depth by being all black. I like the theme with the black. But the silver makes it stand out so much more! You might be able to get away with a polished lip and a black center. I think that it would still look intimidating but still allow for just enough of a break up to show the nice depth and aggressiveness that the wheel actually has.

Very nice car by the way. Never noticed that they made a coupe.

At first i thought i was low. I was then introduced to stanceworks. My life has not been the same since.

Looks good man. The problem with these cars that I've noticed is the fenders sit really really low and are small for the proportions of the car. Kind of sucks because 17s are def the perfect size for the fenders and to get the car sitting at a proper height but they end up looking kind of small and awkward on the car from some angles. Radiused fenders and 18s maybe?
