  • What direction to go in. Input welcomed. (s2k under 10k budget build)

GPW AP1 Platform. Bought the car for what I'll keep as an undisclosed amount. But I will say it was bought a fair amount under 10k after taxes, mind you it had 87k miles, clean title, from a certified Honda mechanic, matching vins all around and has been completely problem free. I don't have a huge budget, the car is paid off but I have other endeavors. I want to keep the full build under 10k when its said and done, thats including the price of the vehicle itself. Coilovers are taken care of as well as half shaft spacers. I have about 2k or so to spend on wheels and tires. Which isn't a whole lot. My other main issue is the fact I own a GPW, it might be the most under produced color but its hard to not make tacky. Black wheels are pretty much eliminated at this point because of this. I basically want input on color schemes that will look classy and mature. The black on the A-pillars/windshield frame can be color matched to the chassis color. Its a black tape put there by Honda. The car WILL stay a convertible. Although the contemplation of a tan soft top is in the back of my mind to go along with polished wheels. Any ways, this is alot...I know. Just looking for some suggestions to get me rolling.

    Pics for clicks.

Bright wheels will never happen on a car I own.

Umm your total budget is $10k but you won't tell us how much you've spent so far? What's the point of giving a budget then?

            First - post another picture.
Second - if you want to look "mature", take that sticker bombed license plate off your car.
Third - if you have around a $2k limit, why dont you look around some of the used wheel websites and see what you can find. As much as I **** them, RBwheels is a good bet. I would just be careful of what you buy from them because they're a bit shady.

Take a side pic so someone can do a quick photoshop of what you would like. You literally have an unlimited color palette with white paint, so pick something that you want to stare at every morning. Take a look at the wheels/tires classified on here. You can definitely find something to fit your budget.
