I will go lower as soon as lower coils are available. The MK6 suspension is different so there isn't much available yet. These are ST coils. Just installed this weekend and needs to settle a little more.

They're made by Flashpoint. 19x8.5 ET40. Tires are 215/35 Falken 452.

not a fan of the wheels they are way way too big but it looks good otherwise

Smaller wheels with smaller tires will add to the wheel gap. Yes it will be lower to the ground, but it will have larger wheel gap. I've got a lip kit planned that will scrape.

You have to lower it to compensate for the smaller wheels and tires. That's why they are suggesting so.
