While I was still in the car that first major hit we had was absolutely insane, I thought half the car was left behind us.

The car was throwing sparks most of the trip home from h20i
Unfortunately this is the only video I managed to get of it, and it was the least amount of sparks he got all night

good manOriginally posted by azncav View Posti was on ground controls and yellows. fronts were as low as they go. my sig shows that setup. the rear were only maybe half way down. right now im on B&g coilovers. no were near as low as i can go. with with my tire and wheel setup i cant go any lower for the moment. i have a hole in the pass. side inner metal fender. waiting to get the front tires down to a 215 then ill drop her somemore.
I was actually thinking about making a few, im going to redesign them to come back a little farther, mine leaves about an inch and a half of the pan exposed behind the lip of the plate, it will never ever hit anything, but I wanna make sure that it wont. Plus I need to make the rear bend up a wee bit, cause mine gets caught in my driveway backing outOriginally posted by azncav View Postcan i get a skid plate? lol

thanks dude, its alright for what it isOriginally posted by 97sunvalier View PostI was at H2O and my friends told me they saw a slammed cavalier, so I was on the look out for it almost all weekend and I finally saw you drive by the show as we were leaving. I just wish I had been closer to the road and had my camera ready. From what I could see this car is legit.
Like I said man, we dont leave anyone behind!Originally posted by Kielan View PostAfter spending over 10 hours in this car this weekend, I can say its pretty cool, and Jeff is probably the nicest guy you'll ever meet, he seriously saved my ass this weekend, and I owe him big time.

I am but rarely visit, too many body kits and lambo doors for meOriginally posted by mattmac2007 View PostLooks really good, i have a cavy also. Are u a member on jbody.org?
thanks dude, how much time do you have? I started with ground control coilovers, went all the way down with them, was no where near as low as id hoped for, so i initially had a friend machine up new front perches for the front to lower it 1.5" more past what the coilovers could deal with. Which that literally made the strut mount sit bottomed out on the strut, so I designed and had machined a completely one off set of strut tubes, used koni yellow inserts that were shortened, the strut tubes also lowered it another quarter inch or so. I had to hammer over the pinch inside the wheel well because the stock size tire sat on it when i let the car off the hoist. The rear GC sleeve is also machined down farther so I got an extra inch out of the back. I have an idea for a new rear strut mount as well that should get the rear down some more and bring back some shock travel as well....Originally posted by azncav View Postlol thats dope! lowest Static for sure.what are you dropped on.
but your comment on other cavalier owners goes with any other car.
haha, thanks... I took the first pan out of it pulling into my shop this past wednesday, the day before I left for H20i. So I built a skid plate:Originally posted by dare23 View PostLow j-body!! Pretty brave on Toronto's roads

Car took a beating this weekend, its nice to be able to smash nearly anything on the road and not worry about grenading another pan.
