There's a lot of things going on with your car and none of them seem to work together. Remove the rust, un-smoke your lights, take the design off your hood and paint that bumper or do a proper two-tone instead of the rust. You've got a great set of wheels that don't match where you're going with your build. If you need the rust, I say go full-retard and rust the whole thing and make it look natural, or don't do it at all.
