I just ordered up a set of 205/40 blizzaks for a set of 17x9 camaro ss wheels that have been floating around my buddies house for a few years.

The stretch looks good I can't wait until next week to get them mounted up.

I'm moving to Chicago from Tennessee so this will be my first winter with more than 3 inches of snow. Wish me luck!

Welcome to Chicago! Let me give you a few pointers about winters here:

-It will be in your best benefit to buy a set of proper winter tires.
-Upon the first snowfall, the entire city will forget how to drive. This is where your winter tires come into play -- stay in the left lane of the highway and power past all the suckers who can't go over 40.
-Please, for the love of gods, brush ALL the snow off your car. Driving behind somebody as five inches of snow cascades into your windshield is not the desired method of highway winter driving.
-Just watch out for all the schmucks. You won't need to look far, because they're everywhere.

            Good luck!

I'll be gettin around in my stock heighted Honda Fit, getting some Si wheels to put some snow tires on for the winter. I'll be in the Glendale heights area commuting 20 minutes to UTI daily. I'm hoping its not as bad as I've heard about. Here in Tennessee we have almost no snow, and if we do it doesn't stick.

I live real close to UTI, people around here don't know how to drive in snow.
