E39 is an amazing car. But your wheels, tail lights, headlights and turn signals make it look cheap and not as good looking as 2000 OEM M. This is just my opinion and nothing more. So take it for what it is.

I'm running no helper spring on the front in order to clear the 19x9.5 fronts so the front is set at max high and the rear to match...so to answer your question - much lower, but I guess I'm just not stanced enough for this forum.

My question was directed toward your ride height. I've been looking for coilovers in the ST price point and was trying to get a reference point of lowering capabilities from your current ride height.

If you take off the helper spring in the front, you can get very low although I've never gone any lower than my current height.

An then you run out of shock travel long before you reach bottom of the thread.

On ST coils with 19" wheels at max low you will be showing about 3/4" of tire in the rear and about .5-3/4" of tire in the front. Hope this helps.

                            Dig it!

Although I think that style of wheel is slowly moving towards "been there, done that" status, I like the overall look. Cleanliness is next to godliness, after all.
