  • You Are Not A Beautiful And Unique Snowflake

    NEW

    New setup is 17x8 ET20. 205/45/17 Falken Ziex 512s.

    ---

    OLD

In an attempt to conform and be worthy of posting on this site, I went lower...

Front is at 23 1/8". Rear is around 23 5/8".

Going to attempt to keep the front as/is until H2O is over with.

May bring the rear down as well.

    Cut the helper springs out...

How's it ride after you have removed the helper springs? Is it bouncier? I plan doing the same for mine but I'm afraid not to bounce like crazy )

The only difference removing helper springs would make on ride quality would be decreasing damper stroke from lowering the car.

Nope. Ride is about the same.

I haven't pushed it hard for obvious reasons, but it feels like the car understeers a little bit more now though.
