Sorry for neglecting this thread. I WAS NOT AT FAULT. No tickets were written at the scene because of the difference in our stories and where the cars ended up. But what somebody said on e46f sums it up pretty well.

I took a wet rag to the side of my car, and all of the paint came off thanks to my thick coat of wax. What needs to be replaced is my lip on my wheel, mirror repainted, and a 1 inch scratch touched up. Insurance company decides fault tomorrow.
