I could be wrong but they look like 17s maybe shod in 205/40 rubber or something along them lines???

Yeah they are 17s. They look like there isn't a stretch. Could it be a 35 side wall?

They don't look thin enough for 35s, 40-45

Those look like 225/40s

tthnx, in the rear used ..not much maybe 10-15mm more clearance. It sits on Bilstein Group-N coilovers front and race springs at stock location rear (with adapters to make them fit) rear shocks are E30 Bilsteins Group-N (much shorter = allowing you to run shorter springs without "loosing them"). springs ? front = 160N/mm 100mm + helper, rear = 180N/mm 140mm (if 1 remember correctly). camber was at that time 3.5 all around, used it for track at times.
