I must admit to not really feeling it. Don't get me wrong.
I love that it's a rare ass E3. I love the looks of the car itself. I absolutely love the wheels. I love how the car and wheels look together. I love the fact that it's on bags, because that is just fitting for a car like this. The front wheels could use some slight camber and some spacers, but all in all the wheels sit quite nicely.
What really makes me not really feel it, is that it's sitting completely level in all these pics. I feel that it would look tons better if the rear was sitting higher, so the wheel wouldn't tuck as much, maybe even so high, that the rear wheel was sitting the same as the front wheel in relation to the wheel arch. I'm sure if you could get some shots up of the car sitting raked like I described, I'd start fapping immediately. As it sits in those pics... I look at them and the first thing I think is "Woah... how much dead hookers did they put in the trunk to make it sag like that?". I guess I just really need the wheel arches to be even instead of the rockers. *shrugs*
It might just be that you have to see it to really "get" it... as it is, it's a pretty cool car, but I just don't "get" it.Last edited by Dr.AK; 08-13-2011, 02:08 PM.

Here is a picture of the bags situated to a bit of a reverse rake. Wheels are flush (at least in terms of height) in the front fender, but then heavily tucked in the rear. This is what I feel like I am looking at when I see the E3 all the way laid down.
Obviously on the bavaria, the rocker isn't sitting in a reverse rake like this is, but the way the wheels look and the way the body line droops down along with the trunk in the rear give it a similar illusion.

The E3 is by far the most beautiful car BMW ever made. Nothing can beat its class and style.
What you have made out of it is really, really great. I like the whole set up and how the wheels look on this car.
I was never really into "old" BMW's but the more old BMW like your E21 or Mike*s E9 pop up, the more i like these cars. They just got something newer BMW's don't have - spirit and personality i'd say.Originally posted by OxerI dont know why, but I love your car.. Its OEM cleanness makes me happy in the genitals.
