ahhh id be enraged if i had found out 3 years later it was a $900 fix compared to what you had originally thought, but i guess it all worked out pretty well in the long run, car is beautiful.

my only critique would be to get a cat back to kinda complete it, other than that, its gorgeous.

I like everything you did there! Haha, also like the little bit of honesty in leaving the "528i" badge on the trunk with all of the M exterior stuff. How is the plastidip holding up on all of the trim?

Thanks for all the postive response guys! Glad you like it. I'm' really really excited to get in those Brombachers. So true when they say, "The waiting is the hardest part.." haha

Thanks! Hell yah, I was so glad that it was that much. Left more room for some necessary cosmetic/suspension mods haha

Thanks dude! Like I said before, your car was pretty much the reason why this car became a project car

brombachers are just vs-xx with stepped lips right?

Yah true, but worked out cause I ended up getting the E36 haha Been thinking about getting an exhaust, but I really want it to be low key and not super loud like my e36. Wish I could just weld on a stock 540 one or something

Haha thanks! Exactly the reaction I was hoping for! No matter what I do, it's never gonna be an "M", so might as well be honest. Plus the black badge goes good with the black diffuser imo

The plastidip is pretty durable. No peeling or anything yet, and I washed the car several times already. Car isn't even garaged either, and it's still holding up

What a build, when you got it the car was so beat and I didn't think you'd be able to pull it off but it looks great now. The whole shaving off fenders thing was something I haven't seen before though.
