Made a start on some of my pictures from Awesomefest, nothing too special I didn't want to carry around my camera all weekend and wanted to have a laugh more so. All were shot with my Sigma 30mm.
Overall it was an amazing weekend, living up to its name so far. I'm sure there will be numerous other run downs of what happened over the weekend given the amount of cameras around and Media Staff. Basically it was 2 nights, 3 days of drift, cars, music, BMX, skate, MotoX, Graffiti, Mini Motos, drinks, sun, parties and camping. Couldn't have asked for better weather, some amazingly nice cars dotted around the club stands and even nicer ones in Pro Garages and on the track. Nearly all cars there weren't there to show, it was more about shredding your tyres around Mallory Park.
It was the first year of the event, and I seriously hope it isn't the last. Glad I had the day off to recover today though. I've added a selection in the thread, more pictures are on my Flickr, I will update the thread this evening with the second batch.
