I've always liked this car, but I have to ask what in the world is going on with that spoiler?

Think the spoiler must be one of those things that will never look good in a picture... can't say I'm a fan looking at the thread.

I got the idea for the wing from the drift union guys. They came down for a event at pgp and I got a chance to talk with the owner of the legacy. I fell in love with the rear wing and thought I'd try and reproduce something similar. I have access to a break and sourcing the aluminum was easy. The original plan was to add splitter rods for extra support, but its so solid they'd only really be for looks. I used 27 rivets in all. You can practically stand on it. Its perceived better in person....

lots and lots and lots more. No one mods these cars and people who drive them hard are few and far between. Iv dedicated most of my funds to suspension, where I think it counts. I only put down 150 HP. That may not be much but having big power doesn't make you any faster in the corners and honestly that's all that matters to me.

Iv taken on a e36 m3 with coils and wheels and came out on top, winning by 3-4 links. IMO, driving in a strait line is no fun. I find no fun in keeping my arms as strait as possible, while putting my foot to the floor. I have fun doing it, even tho my cars slow.

dude i'm not tryin to kill your thread at all. shit i'm for going fast and looking good. what does the wheels on the m3 matter? lol. anyway. not every car with high horses goes in a straight line. i know its news..

anyway. you build a car to your own likings and thats what you did. but lets be realistic. you posted pics so people would judge you and your car and give back feedback, good or bad. imo some things could be changed. thats all

the wheels have a big impact on braking, cornering, acceleration ect.... Lower upsprung weight = better. Light weight wheels make a difference.
