  • Cool. Now I'm flaring my own fender. HELP!

Okay so this one is kinda unrelated, but I <3 it so I threw it in there.

Alright so here's the deal. Before I got camber plates my car was fine, but I wasn't even tucking tire up front all the way down on my GC coilovers. Well I put the plates on and kept my perches all the way down. I also added a 5mm spacer up front and maxed out my negative camber with the plates. And now I am really regretting my tire choice for the front. I went driving around my neighborhood and pretty much flared my front fender. What can I do to remedy this besides getting new tires in the near future. Help me, I don't want to raise it. Are there any tricks or anything to make it driveable. I am going to go take the 5mm spacers off the front and see if that helps.

Put the 5mm on the rear as it needs it.

Flare your fenders and get smaller tires.

I'd say you are going to have to have your fenders pulled. Remember "you gotta pay to play"

Really badly when ever I turn. I took the 5mm spacer off the front, it's still rubbing, but not near as bad. Can I pull my own fenders?

LOL, your worried about rubbing when you turn.

I (and most flush guys) rub going strait .

                      235/40/17 all the way around.

                      17x9 front 17x9.5 rear.

I've got way too much tire.

yep too much tire. just keep the wheel straight when going up a slant and dont hit any bumps with the wheel turn either. lol

you'll be fine with a 215/40 on stock fenders though.

                            way too much rubber.
                            ill run these sizes.
                            225/35 rears
                            215/40 front.

or 215/35 rear and 205/40's front. that should give u some more room to poke those out.
