Its kinda hard to explain, but if u look at my sig, the picture is clear,sharp and edgey. But your pictures are more, soft and cinema looking if you understand

Sorry for the late response, been out of town.

I mainly shoot wide open (I shot these mainly with a voigtlander 35/1.2). Really sharp lens and renders oof areas nicely imo, that is the softness you're talking about. As far as cinematic look, just a matter of framing and what not (I do very little editing).
