Uhhhhh the fenders are pulled smoothed and shaved the rear quarters are also pulled and smoothed so I have noooo clue what your referring to.

Love it all. Chrome wheels got so played that people stopped running them. Now as the played world moves ot black wheels of some variety, chrome is unique again. This is especially true for Lambo wheels.

I did the rolling and pulling and my buddy who painted the car smoothed and shaved everything.
