got it dialed in neutrally right now. timing is right at 0 right now. the side outlet of the water pump leaks. frustrating. it did have a pretty serious air bubble. if it still leaks now that the crazy pressure there is gone, its coming out. there's no room to weld a tab on it. ran really lean for awhile. look at fuel pressure. zero. forgot to turn the pump on. its super quiet. once that was sorted out and I undid all the things I did to make it richer, it ran pretty well. idles at around 14-15:1 fluctuating a little. radiator fan cycles as it should. got the carbs synced up nicely. kinda exciting. I didnt want to run it too long. would rather break it in on the road. Jes took a wheel apart. she didnt get very far as I made her help me. once that wheels is together, it just needs glass and it can hit the road. still lots of details to figure out though.
