What does it take to kill a car?

Well written. Rusty was/is one of the most epic cars I've ever seen. It was when I saw Rusty that I got in to stance. And after seeing your builds I just know that it will be back as awesome as it was or maybe even more awesome.

I want you to know that ive been lurking for months. Never had a reason to post, been following you and your builds, wanted to meet you at H20 but i couldnt find you at the time. This thread and your writting gave me chills. I have an idea of what your doing with the welding part of the car as its all that you can do to make it safe. Keep on doing man!

How exactly is this going to work?

I know you're a good fabricator and everything, but isn't the chassis extremely fragile now because of the fatigue from the blaze? The only way I see getting around this problem is to build a nascar style spaceframe to put Rusty's body on.

I don't mean to cast doubts on the project, but you really need to consider safety in this situation and not build something that puts yourself in danger.
